To submit an event or set-up request, fill out the online form
A minimum of two weeks advance notice is required to allow proper staffing and to ensure we are stocked with the items needed to help make your event a success. The events team cannot ensure accommodations for requests sent less than two weeks prior to the event date.
- For presentation support and audio requests, contact the Media Services Department on their website or by email at AV@hrfjk.com.
Lecterns, staging and other furniture must be requested through this email: setups@hrfjk.com or by phone at 248.204.3800.
For all food requests or catering needs, on campus, are to be ordered directly via Dining Services. Contact Dining Services at extension 3203.
